Shipping & Returns
All products (unless specifically stated otherwise), carry an implied warranty against defects due to manufacturing or failure. The warranty does not include any use of the product that does not fall into the designed use of the product as intended by the manufacturer or any damage caused during shipping. All warranties voided once merchandise is used.
Warranty Procedure -- Please contact me at [email protected] within 7 days of receipt of package for help in determining whether the item is defective. I will replace or repair the merchandise at my sole discretion. I will provide instructions for returning your item if it is defective. Shipping costs to me are paid by the customer, all costs to ship replacement item back to the customer is paid by me.
REFUND/RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by Alyssa Kirsch Glass is sold as is without any guarantee. No returns of product other than merchandise covered by the warranty. Every product purchased from Alyssa Kirsch Glass come with a limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by Alyssa Kirsch Glass, which may be repaired or replaced at our sole discretion.
